Refund Policy
At Enchanted Bookish Gifts, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.  
Every order is packed with care and if something goes wrong, we want to make it right.

Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging.  Return shipping is paid for by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 
If the item(s) arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact the carrier for assistance.  Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

Exchanges
Each bundle is carefully hand-picked and one of a kind. Photos are for reference only, items can vary in size, shape and color.  Some items may be out of stock but are replaced with items of equal of greater value.  If you have certain preferences, feel free to leave a note at checkout, I will do my best to accommodate you!

All sales are final and exchanges are not accepted. 

Cancellations

You may cancel a paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled and shipped.  If the order has been fulfilled and shipped, then you can't cancel the order.
