Shipping Policy
At Enchanted Bookish Gifts, we prepare gift box as ordered and ship each order individually to ensure an enjoyable delivery experience.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.  Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.  Shipping to a P.O. Box address may limit the method we use to delivery your product timely.
Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping request time frame:
Within the United States
* Standard Shipping 3-7 Business Days
* Expedited Shipping 2-3 Business Days 
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Disclaimer
Carrier delays due to weather conditions, holidays or some other unforeseeable matter may affect delivery time limits and may be out of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.  If you don�t receive tracking within 48 hours, please contact us.  
Shipping Address
Please double-check the shipping address you enter when placing an order.  We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

Delayed, Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, they become responsible for its delivery.  
If your tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, please contact the carrier to open an investigation.  We are happy to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
